Powder metallurgy
When processing material, the shear rolls from Bellaform are excellently suited for:
- melting
- homogensing
- dispersing
- compressing
- granulating
Working temperature from 20-300°C: The shear roll BSW has a large temperature range. It processes material easily in a range from 20-300°C, and the material can be continually added and removed during operation.
High mixing levels: The shear roll generates extremely high mixing levels for all ingredients.
Other advantages of our shear rolls:
- low contamination of the feedstock
- low abrasion and hard coating of parts in contact with product
- rolls optional in hard metal design
